Rehabilitation Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team.

This role involves working with clients who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work, applying clinical reasoning skills to support their rehabilitation journey.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical reasoning, be able to engage effectively across multidisciplinary teams, and demonstrate a passion for helping people recover from injury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct various assessments, including Vocational Assessments, Transferrable Skills Assessment, Job preparation services, Worksite Assessments, and initial needs assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans through case management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including injured employees, employers, medical specialists, and other allied health professionals.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries, supporting them in returning to their jobs or finding new employment opportunities.

Required Qualifications
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ASORC/RCAA).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (Fully registered or Provisional Psychologists with external supervision).
  • Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
