Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and interventions to develop personalized rehabilitation plans
- Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide education and support to promote healthy outcomes and empower clients to take control of their recovery
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA or ASORCA
- A vehicle and license for client transport (if required)
- National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
