We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Bras N Things Wollongong Store.
This is a part-time fixed-term contract role working 25 hours per week across a Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday roster.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example by creating memorable and empowering customer connections
- Assist in the training and development of the team to help deliver on store budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Previous experience with the execution of visual merchandising in-store
- Manage high stock volumes and be happy to get hands-on with processing deliveries
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks as required
