About the Role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Bonds Wollongong Store.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours a week across a Sunday-Thursday roster.

  • You will lead by example, creating memorable customer connections.
  • You will assist in the training and development of your team to help deliver on store budgets and KPIs.
  • You will have previous experience with the execution of Visual Merchandising in-store.
  • You will manage high stock volumes and be happy to get your hands dirty when it comes to processing deliveries.
  • You will collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks as required.
