Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Residential Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to our valued clients.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily tasks, promoting independence and dignity in everyday life
  • Clean and maintain a safe living environment, including laundry, bathroom cleaning, and floor maintenance

Additional duties may include travel between clients using your own vehicle and receiving reimbursement for kilometres travelled.

A Certificate 3 in Aged Care is desirable but not essential. You must have a working mobile phone, a driver's license, and be willing to obtain a police check.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and a keen eye for detail. If you possess these qualities, we encourage you to apply.
