About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure residents receive the best possible care and support.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, grooming, and mobility
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Preparing meals and snacks for residents
- Supporting residents with their medication needs
- Encouraging residents to participate in activities and engage with their community

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:

- Previous experience working in a residential setting or a similar care environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide excellent communication skills
- High level of compassion, empathy, and understanding towards residents' needs and circumstances
- Basic computer skills and ability to use technology to record resident information
- Valid Police Check (within the last 3 years) and COVID vaccination evidence in line with current requirements
