Business Continuity Manager Role
We are seeking a seasoned Business Continuity Manager to join our organization. This is a pivotal role that requires expertise in designing and delivering business continuity and resilience frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing, delivering, and continuously enhancing enterprise-wide business continuity and resilience programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for employees to equip them with the knowledge and confidence to respond to disruptions.
- Leading incident responses and recovery activities during continuity events while ensuring stakeholder engagement and effective decision making.
- Creating and overseeing testing programs to ensure business continuity plans are effective.
Requirements:
- Expertise in business continuity planning and risk management.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
- High-level verbal and written communication skills.
