Senior Business Continuity Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business resilience frameworks, policies, and tools.
- Establish resilience requirements and oversee critical operations.
- Provide second-line assurance and regulatory alignment.
- Drive training and awareness programs to build a strong resilience culture.
- Lead crisis and incident response efforts and embed lessons learned.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field, such as business, law, or finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in operational risk and/or operational resilience roles within a financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations and risk management principles.
- Demonstrated experience with prudential regulatory frameworks, specifically CPS 230.
- Proven ability to work with senior management and lead high-performing teams.
