Senior Business Continuity Specialist

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the continuity of our services during major incidents.
- Lead recovery activities to restore critical services, and drive problem management to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and run disaster recovery exercises to validate service continuity, and support the delivery of technology continuity policies and practices.
Key Skills:
- Broad experience in Incident, Problem, and Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) with a strong background in Major Incident Management and ITSM.
- Ability to coordinate technical and business resources to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Strong familiarity with ITSM tools and methodologies such as ITIL.
