The role of a Clinical Lead in Addiction Treatment involves providing high-level clinical leadership and expertise to enhance patient care and outcomes.
About the PositionThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our team and contribute to the development and delivery of community treatment services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve health outcomes for individuals, families, and communities affected by drug and alcohol use.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide assessment, treatment, support, crisis intervention, care planning, and evaluation of care in line with best practice standards.
- Provide expert clinical leadership and education, and participate in research and service planning to drive quality improvement and innovation.
In this role, you will work closely with the Service Manager to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to strategic and clinical service planning. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills and expertise through continuing education and professional development.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Nurse Consultant who can lead our addiction treatment services and make a meaningful contribution to improving health outcomes for our clients.
