Legal Associate Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled lawyer to join our Wills & Estates team as a Legal Associate. This role will provide you with the chance to work closely with experienced professionals and deliver high-quality legal solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex legal files
  • Prepare and review documents including wills, enduring powers of attorney, and succession planning documents
  • Assist with probate and estate administration matters
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients in writing and verbally
  • Meet and liaise with clients

Requirements:

  • Post-admission experience in estates administration or succession law
  • A current practising certificate
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
