Solicitor Wills and Estates

This role offers a unique opportunity to secure a prestigious position within a thriving legal practice in Brisbane.

The Solicitor will be involved in preparing and managing cases related to wills, trusts, powers of attorney, estate administration, and probate. The ideal candidate will have 2 years + PQE and experience in developing a career in wills and estates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
  • Estate administration and preparation of administration and probate
  • Complex estate disputes including challenging the will and family provision
  • Estate planning/trusts/administration

Requirements:

  • Hold a current Australian Practicing Certificate, with a minimum of 2 years' PQE ideally working in Wills, Probate & Estates
  • Highly-developed organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently, but within a team-focused environment
  • Strong drafting and technical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
