About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results in the field of trauma product sales.

This is a stand-alone role, with the opportunity to inherit an established territory and take ownership of driving the trauma business forward. You will work closely with clinical stakeholders to provide theatre case coverage and develop trusted partnerships within the territory.

  • Meet key performance indicators while enhancing existing business
  • Provide high-quality information regarding products and their indications to customers
  • Develop strong relationships within the territory through data-driven insights and commercial acumen
  • Actively manage consignment inventory and logistics of loan equipment

About You

  • A degree qualification in a relevant field, such as healthcare or science, with experience in hospital sales and territory management
  • Able to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment and participate in after-hours and weekend on-call work
  • Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and proactively seek solutions
