Job Title: Program Coordinator

The East Gippsland Catchment Management Authority is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Integrated Water Management (IWM) Officer in the Water and Catchments Team. This position will enhance capacity, integration, and collaboration across East Gippsland.
The IWM Officer will engage with partner agencies, Traditional Owners, and First Peoples, as well as the community, to collaborate on IWM planning, partnerships, and community outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building capacity and integration in IWM across East Gippsland.
  • Engaging with partner agencies, Traditional Owners, and First Peoples, and the community to work collaboratively on IWM planning, partnerships, and community outcomes.

As part of a statewide cohort of CMA IWM practitioners, the IWM Officer will participate in a peer network coordinated by the Statewide IWM Coordinator, with guidance and support from DEECA. The salary will be in accordance with the Authority's Remuneration Framework Level C, plus employer superannuation as per the superannuation guarantee rate.
