Role Overview
">The Participant Support Officer role is a key position in our organization, responsible for managing and resolving participant matters in a team environment.
Key responsibilities include providing counter/reception support, coordinating appointments, and undertaking research and investigation activities.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage and resolve participant matters by actioning planning tasks
- Provide counter/reception support for the local office including participant enquiries
- Resolve customer enquiries, provide information and/or refer customers to appropriate services
- Coordinate appointments with use of Agency facilities
- Undertake research and investigation activities and prepare associated reports and correspondence
- Undertake range of data entry activities and ensure follow up is completed
- Receive and record complaints and feedback in business systems
Requirements:
">- Ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to manage conflict and difficult conversations
- Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to use initiative and work independently
- Ability to learn new systems and processes
