Support Participant Engagement

This is a temporary contract with an option to extend, offering an APS3 hourly rate of $37.36 plus super.
- Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this role.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a difference in the community and work in a supportive and positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Action planning tasks to resolve participant matters.
- Provide reception support for the local office.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide information.
- Undertake research activities.
- Receive and record feedback.
- Familiarity with customer service or administration-based roles.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
