APS3 Participant Support Officer Role

This is a temporary contract with an option to extend, offering an APS3 hourly rate of $37.36 plus super.

  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this role.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a difference in the community and work in a supportive and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Action planning tasks to resolve participant matters.
  • Provide reception support for the local office.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide information.
  • Undertake research activities.
  • Receive and record feedback.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with customer service or administration-based roles.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
