Education Role Overview

Educators play a vital role in providing high-quality learning experiences that foster the growth and development of young children. As an Educator at Goodstart, you will become a part of our dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional education services.

This is a Fixed Term 12-month Contract opportunity offering 38 hours per week. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our children. Your passion for teaching, combined with your expertise in early childhood education, will ensure every child reaches their full potential.

Our Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
