As a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the technical direction and execution of our cash management solutions. You will lead a team of talented engineers in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software that meets the needs of our customers.
This exciting opportunity is based in Melbourne and offers an estimated salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on financial systems or related areas, and a proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams, we encourage you to apply.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, as well as experience with distributed systems, cloud-based technologies, and microservices architectures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
