Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to medical professionals, including managing patient appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining medical records.
  • Patient Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and medical staff, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently manage and prioritize a busy schedule of tasks, ensuring all deadlines are met and processes run smoothly.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Prepare and process medical documentation, including patient records, billing information, invoicing, and other relevant paperwork.

Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a medical secretary role; experience in a managerial setting would be beneficial.
  • Attributes and Skills: A go-getter who takes initiative and is eager to contribute positively to the team. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and medical staff. Proficient use of medical practice software – Shexie Platinum. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Qualifications: Previous experience as a Medical Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a medical setting. Proficiency in medical office software and tools. Relevant qualifications or certifications in medical administration are advantageous. Valid driver's license and access to a car.
