The role of an Executive Assistant to senior directors at a global company involves coordinating their busy schedules, liaising with stakeholders, and providing administrative support. The position offers a dynamic and varied work environment where you will have the opportunity to get involved in projects and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities

\
  • Diary and schedule management for both directors
  • Travel coordination and expense reconciliation
  • Preparation of correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Attending meetings, preparing and distributing minutes
  • Liaison across the business, including with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
  • Coordination of off-sites, strategy days, and workshops
  • Overseeing and backing-up the Office Assistant
  • Liaise with the Marketing Team and help with organizing conferences and events
  • Assist with compliance and administrative tasks
