At Montessori Academy, we are seeking an experienced and qualified Educator to lead a team of Educators in a dynamic and creative environment. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for guiding, supporting, and supervising staff, students, and volunteers in the room.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor in Early Childhood Teaching or equivalent, experience working as a Room Leader in an early childhood setting, and a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, including the National Regulations, National Quality Standards, and the Early Years Learning Framework.

You will be responsible for developing the Children's Program, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining accurate records. You will also liaise with families and maintain observations and records of individual children's progress.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about implementing Montessori early learning programs, committed to the holistic development of their class, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
