The successful Speech Pathologist will join our Shepparton-based team, focusing on supporting clients in the area and surrounding locations.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a caseload and providing evidence-based therapeutic supports in a timely manner
  • Delivering speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes, and the broader community
  • Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals tailored to each client's needs
  • Assessing clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with functional limitations and promote independence

  • Strives for continuous improvement of practices and outcomes
  • Maintains consistent and regular contact with all stakeholders
  • Has a current driver's license and reliable vehicle

Requirements include:

  • Degree-qualified Speech Pathologist
  • Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
