Multidisciplinary Speech Pathology Professional

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our highly skilled multidisciplinary team based in the Shepparton area. The successful candidate will focus on supporting our clients living in Shepparton and surrounding locations with evidence-based therapeutic supports.
The ideal candidate will have a positive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and their support networks. They will also have a demonstrated ability to maintain consistent and regular contact with all stakeholders.

This role offers opportunities for personal and professional growth through our professional development program, fortnightly PD sessions, and weekly supervision with the Speech Pathology Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload and providing evidence-based therapeutic supports in a timely manner
- Delivering speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes, and the broader community
- Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
- Assessing clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independence
About You:
- Possess a degree qualification in Speech Pathology and current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering best-practice services and making a real difference in the lives of our clients
- Showcase excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and their support networks
- Hold a current drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
