Clinical Therapist for Speech and Communication Services

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Shepparton, Australia. The successful candidate will work closely with clients living in Shepparton and surrounding areas, providing evidence-based therapeutic supports and promoting optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of clients, delivering speech pathology services in schools, homes, and the broader community.
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals tailored to each client's needs.
- Assess clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function using clinical observations and standardized assessments.
- Recommend provision of Assistive Technology to support clients with functional limitations.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A positive approach and mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and support networks to achieve real and lasting differences.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent contact with all stakeholders.
- A current driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
- Degree qualified Speech Pathologist.
- Current certified practicing membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
