We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bistro Manager to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a Bistro Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and a memorable dining experience.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the bistro, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial control.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and implement menus that meet customer demands and preferences.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Proven experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a bistro or restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
