Job Title: Centre Director">

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Centre Director to lead our childcare centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the centre, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for both children and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Foster a love for learning and creativity among children through engaging activities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, ensuring open communication and involvement.
  • Represent the centre in the local community, establishing partnerships and promoting the centre's values.
  • Manage the team effectively, prioritising the health and safety of all children in service.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a Centre Director role within an Early Childhood setting.
  • Current paid Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR.
  • National Police Check (within 6 months).
  • Strong understanding of childcare regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for early childhood education and commitment to providing quality care.
