Childcare Leadership Position

The organisation is dedicated to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care. We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our childcare centre in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high standards.
  • Foster creativity among children through engaging activities.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, promoting open communication.
  • Represent the centre within the community, establishing partnerships.
  • Effectively manage resources, prioritising child safety.
  • Develop and implement educational programs, focusing on holistic child development.
  • Provide leadership and support to educators within the centre.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum two years experience as a Centre Director in an early childcare setting.
  • Current paid working with children check, current First aid & CPR.
  • National Police Check (within 6 months).
  • Strong understanding of childcare regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
