Lead Childcare Professional

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Childcare Professional to oversee the growth and development of our childcare centre. This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of young children, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for nurturing and developing their full potential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Direct a team of educators to create a positive and engaging atmosphere for children.
  • Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that foster physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Mentor and guide staff members in ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Establish and maintain open communication with parents to ensure transparency and collaboration in each child's developmental journey.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
  • ACECQA-recognized bachelor degree in Early Education and Care.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in childcare management.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid Working With Children Check.
