Housekeeping Leadership Role

As a housekeeping supervisor, you will oversee and guide a team of housekeepers to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

About the Position

  • Supervise and support a team of housekeepers to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning standards in accordance with industry best practices and company expectations.
  • Manage daily cleaning operations, including public areas, bathrooms, lounges, reception, and corridors.
  • Ensure team members adhere to health and safety protocols and policies.
  • Provide training and support to enhance team members' skills and performance.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and optimal usage.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in housekeeping or a related role, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in housekeeping management software is advantageous.
  • Police check and valid work rights within Australia.
