Maintaining Cleanliness Standards

Job Role:
As a Hospitality Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. This involves working closely with the housekeeping team to ensure all areas meet high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities
- Ensure public areas, such as lobbies and corridors, are clean and tidy at all times
- Restock linen, towels, and other essential items in guest rooms and public areas
- Participate in deep cleaning activities, including re-decorating rooms and cleaning furniture
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have basic knowledge of cleaning products and procedures, as well as the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
