Public Area Attendant Opportunity

The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of all public access areas within the hotel.

  • Efficiently clean and sanitize all public areas, including vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, and rubbish removal.
  • Provide excellent customer service by warmly greeting guests and offering assistance with directions and special requests.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested by team leaders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good understanding of English to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • No issues with bending, lifting, or walking for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
