Co Caretaker Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Co Caretaker.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing co-caretaking duties, ensuring the property is well-maintained, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. This includes thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas of the property.
  • Participate in co-caretaking duties, including general maintenance tasks and ensuring the property is secure.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve excellent guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Good physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
