Job Description

As a leisure attendant in a purpose-driven organisation, you will contribute to creating meaningful travel and leisure experiences. You will be part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality services, useful home products, and better outcomes for drivers, all while promoting a cleaner energy future.

The key responsibility of this role is to maintain the safety and cleanliness of our pool and water park aquatic facilities. This includes delivering exceptional customer service, supervising guest facilities, and enforcing pool rules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-standard customer service to guests
  • Supervising guest facilities and interacting with them to ensure their experience is enjoyable and safe
  • Monitoring and responding to aquatic facilities, including pools and water parks
  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for our guests
  • Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to policies and procedures
  • Completing daily checklists and reporting any issues that arise

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an aquatic or similar role in a 4-5 star hotel/resort environment. They should possess a Pool Lifeguard qualification, First Aid Certificate, and a Valid Working with Children Check. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
