Job Title: Business Process Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Business Process Analyst where you will be responsible for understanding client workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending system improvements. You will collaborate with users to formulate and document business requirements for system and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, analyze, and evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in business practices and system behavior.">
  • Develop project plans using solid project-management methodologies, estimating cost, time, and resources required.">
  • Take responsibility for the deployment of functional solutions, including creating and executing system test plans to uphold quality and system integrity.">
  • Produce user and training documentation, and deliver formal training sessions as needed.">
  • Create functional specifications and modeling artifacts (e.g., data/process modeling) to guide system design and software development.">
  • Act as a central reference point, providing guidance in system-related decision-making.">
  • Work closely with programming teams to drive improvements in website, application, and system functionality.">

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.">
  • Minimum of 3 years experience relevant to the role.">
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process optimization.">
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.">
  • Skilleted in producing clear technical documentation, specifications, user manuals, and training materials.">
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills – able to bridge business and technical teams effectively.">
