Job Description:

As a key member of the Markets Direct team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business banking clients' foreign exchange needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing strong relationships with sales teams and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Providing exceptional service and support to CBA business banking customers through electronic channels.
  • Collaborating with Bankers, Global Markets Specialists, and Account Managers to facilitate seamless customer onboarding for FX needs.
  • Triage internal FX leads, including conducting thorough needs assessments to ensure accurate pricing and service channels.
  • Driving retention, adoption, and active usage of FX and Payments services across multiple channels.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in financial services or corporate environments.
  • Proven track record of growing portfolios and achieving specific sales and service targets.
  • Strong interest in financial markets products and services.
  • Sound business acumen combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to complying with regulations, policies, and processes.
