The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the co-ordination of pre-contract activities on major contracts, as well as providing ongoing commercial support during the delivery phase of large infrastructure design projects.">
">This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute individual who has experience working on large engineering infrastructure projects and possesses a good understanding of the design perspective. We are looking for someone who can provide guidance and support to technical and administration teams in relation to contractual, governance, and commercial aspects.">
">The ideal candidate will have a background of experience working on large engineering infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of commercial contract management, including monthly project profit and loss, variation claims, extensions of time claims, project delivery risk and opportunity. They will also be able to manage contractor claim responses and negotiate mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.">

Key Responsibilities:
">- To ensure the effective implementation of commercial and financial risk management procedures.
- To provide guidance and support to technical and administration teams in relation to contractual, governance, and commercial aspects.
- To provide guidance/understanding on the financial implications of bid/project decisions.
- To achieve high levels of collaboration and consistency in the commercial deliverables and performance of the business.
Requirements:
">We are looking for someone who has:
">- A background of experience working on large engineering infrastructure projects with a good understanding of the design perspective.
- Experience in pre-contact negotiations for tender and delivery phase design services with large and small contractors with the ability to obtain a mutually beneficial commercial outcome.
- Experience in commercial contract management including, monthly project profit and loss, variation claims, extensions of time claims, project delivery risk and opportunity as well as the ability to manage contractor claim responses.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a commercial role ideally coupled with at least 10 years practical experience working on the delivery of major infrastructure projects.
