Key Responsibilities

As a senior consultant or associate, you will support client-side advisory services, focusing on transport infrastructure and utility projects. Utilize strong business acumen and critical thinking to develop and maintain strong client connections and deliver optimum solutions and business growth.

  • Client-facing, providing unique solutions, strategic advice, and managing deliverables and targets
  • Lead and direct projects within a business unit or key sector and/or special projects
  • Successfully manage complex client relationships and contribute insight and add value to clients
  • Provide strategic front-end project development and planning solutions to major infrastructure portfolios, programs, and projects
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, prioritizing client needs, managing client expectations, and deliverables, and providing consistent reports/documentation and presentations
  • Find opportunities, win contracts or projects, and oversee successful execution of work
You
  • Seek motivated self-starters with problem-solving mindsets, interface skills, and experience in:
  • Strategic commercial management/cost planning/assurance/risk/project development/program development/delivery management and similar fields
  • Advisory and consulting with expertise in preconstruction activities – project planning, project development, PMO, and commercial management
  • Comfortable dealing with complexity and challenges and adapting quickly to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
  • Initiative and enthusiasm with extensive professional networks beneficial for business growth
Qualifications

Minimum: relevant senior-level experience in advisory, project development, and/or program management related to infrastructure projects; strong client-facing capabilities and strategic insight
