Job Title

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and implementing the company's Health and Safety Strategy.

You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic WHS projects, managing a team of safety professionals, and supporting the delivery of key safety initiatives across business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised occupational health and safety degree or course, health and safety auditor training, qualifications in incident investigation, and significant experience in a similar industry.

  • Health and Safety Management: Lead the development and implementation of strategic WHS projects and manage a team of safety professionals.
  • Incident Investigation: Conduct investigations and reporting of incidents, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Safety Leadership: Provide safety leadership and coach teams on incident management and response.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Oversee WHS training programs and review their effectiveness.
