Job Summary

This role will focus on implementing initiatives that accelerate growth, enhance the employee experience, and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and evolving onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel connected and inspired from day one.
  • Designing and implementing impactful learning solutions, coordinating facilitators, learners, and technology to create amazing experiences.
  • Driving insights from data by managing employee engagement platforms, systems, and sources of employee listening data, translating into actionable insights that enhance the employee experience.
  • Leading projects that align with business goals, taking ownership of key initiatives from the people and culture roadmap.
About You
  • You have some experience coordinating and implementing successful programs in a learning and development, organisational development, or a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously without missing a beat.
  • Natural collaborator who builds strong, authentic relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A builder mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited by the challenge of building what's needed from scratch rather than relying on a playbook.
  • Comfortable with data and able to use insights to inform creative solutions.
  • A gift for facilitation, able to confidently lead engaging onboarding, training, and team development sessions.
  • Tech-savvy creator, skilled in using modern tools to bring ideas to life.
