Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will drive initiatives that accelerate our growth. You will shape the employee experience by leading onboarding, implementing impactful learning solutions, and driving insights from data.

This role involves coordinating facilitators, learners, and technology to create engaging experiences. You will also manage our employee engagement platform and other data sources, translating insights into actions that enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and evolve our onboarding program to ensure every new hire feels connected, inspired, and set up for success from day one.
  • Implement impactful learning solutions, coordinating facilitators, learners, and technology to create engaging experiences.
  • Drive insights from data, managing our employee engagement platform and other data sources, translating insights into actions that enhance the employee experience.
  • Lead projects, owning key initiatives from our People & Culture roadmap that align with business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience coordinating and implementing successful programs in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or similar roles, ideally in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Natural collaborator with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Builder mindset: curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to create what's needed from scratch; comfortable with data and using insights to inform solutions.
  • Facilitation skills: confident in leading onboarding, training, and team development sessions (virtual or in-person).
  • Tech-savvy: experience with modern tools, AI, Canva, and engagement survey tools is a plus.
