Work Comp Claims Specialist

We are seeking a Work Comp Claims Specialist to support individuals who have been injured at work and guide them through each stage of the claims process. This role involves working with internal stakeholders to manage treatment approvals, return to work and injury management plans, as well as managing weekly payments and provider invoices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in healthcare, nursing, allied health or a related field;
  • Previous experience in workers compensation is highly desirable but not essential;
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management and prioritisation;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
  • A genuine, caring nature that puts customers at the heart of what you do.
