About your new role:

We are seeking individuals to join our team as a Claims Advisors. In this role, you will provide guidance and support to current and former Defence personnel and their families, navigating various claims, including pensions and benefits.

Please note we have vacancies in the following locations: TWEED HEADS, WAGGA WAGGA, WYONG & ST LEONARDS.

Your role will involve assisting them throughout the application process with relevant government departments, all with the ultimate goal of achieving the best possible outcomes.

Who are you:

  • Compensation Advocate (or working towards)
  • Understanding of defence-related illnesses and conditions.
  • Ability to establish and build meaningful relationships internally and externally.
  • Highly developed communication skills and the ability to prioritise, manage and problem solve procedures.
