Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Strategists, and Writers to define problems, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products and services.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to shape the evolution of Airwallex products and ensure consistency with our brand and product architecture.
  • Develop strong relationships with leaders inside and outside core product teams; showcase exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with research methods, technological advancements, business opportunities, and user constraints.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product design.
  • Excellent UX, visual, and interaction design skills – a master in your field.
  • The ability to define direction, process, and lead others through it.
  • Motivate and drive small to medium teams to transform products.
  • Navigate ambiguity, set vision, and strategy for global products.
  • Think beyond pixels and design for offline experiences.
  • Make complex information accessible to your audience.
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
