Job Description

We are seeking a senior-level product designer to lead our design team. As a Director of Product Design, you will be responsible for the design direction and vision for our product areas and initiatives.

You will support, contribute to, and coordinate with the overall design direction of a global design team, as well as provide local leadership for your office location.

  • Lead a group of passionate designers through design critique, mentorship, and coaching.
  • Help define the standards and refine our design practice to drive operational excellence within your team.
  • Partner with Product GMs and Engineering leaders to help define product strategy and promote the value of design.

You will build strong relationships with all parts of the business to help define viable approaches and methodologies in line with industry standards and best practices.
