This role involves supporting the delivery of system enhancements by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met.

  • Elicit and document requirements from stakeholders across departments, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for vendors and teams, facilitating effective project execution.
  • Assist in project planning and sequencing of work packages, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Analyse current and future-state processes to identify gaps and improvements, driving continuous process optimisation.
  • Support vendor and system testing activities, including UAT planning and coordination, to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Develop supporting documentation such as business requirements, process maps, user stories, and training materials, enhancing knowledge sharing and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Analysis on ICT projects, preferably in grant management or CRM platforms.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation (BPMN/UML).
  • Demonstrated ability to work with vendors to clarify requirements and resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across all organisational levels, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.
  • Experience supporting system testing, UAT, and change management activities, driving quality and efficiency.
  • Background in complex public sector environments, providing valuable insights and expertise.
