Job Description

The role of ICT Support Officer will be based on-campus at our Marsden Park campus, providing technical support to students and staff. You will report directly to our Group ICT Manager.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely assistance to end-users with computing problems.
  • Supporting software and applications, telecommunications, and data services for the school.
  • Maintaining our ICT infrastructure, equipment, and facilities.
  • Managing user accounts within online learning platforms.

Requirements:

  • Experience with key end-user systems: Google Suite, Apple Mac and iOS, Microsoft, Canvas, Jamf.
  • Knowledge of back-end systems: Microsoft Windows Server, Linux Server, Aruba LAN/WAN/Wireless Networking and Telecommunications.

You will have excellent interpersonal relationships and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and within a team. A strong servant heart and vibrant Christian faith are also essential for this role.
