The Opportunity

Lead Clinical Governance and Develop a Team of Clinicians

  • Oversee clinical responsibilities and develop a team of clinicians to deliver exceptional care.
  • Work closely with a supportive General Manager to achieve clinical governance goals.
  • Embed clinical leadership and governance across the organization.
  • Contribute to the physical, social, and emotional wellbeing of our residents, families, and team.
  • Build meaningful relationships with our team, residents, and their families.
  • Promote continuous clinical improvement and excellence in care.
  • Actively monitor the successful delivery of the Aged Care Standards.
  • Deliver our purpose of 'Bringing joy to those we care for' to promote living a meaningful life.
  • National secondment opportunities and internal development pathways.
  • Established processes and procedures, and strong clinical support from our Regional and National Quality and Operations Teams.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in a leadership or management role is desired.
  • RN AHPRA Registration with 4+ years of experience.
  • Ability to lead and take control of the clinical aspects of the operation.
