As a professional quality service repair technician, you will work closely with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction through efficient repairs and superior product knowledge.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and fully test the operation of products to meet customer expectations
  • Maintain and develop superior product knowledge through various training resources
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documents for service work and cash collection
  • Manage and maintain van stock of spare parts inventory

Requirements:

  • Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred; industry experience as a minimum
  • Strong communication and PC skills
  • Provide premium customer service
  • Self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
