About the Position:

The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day site operations across new build projects and refurbishment works.

Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising site activities, subcontractors, and trades; monitoring project timelines, schedules, and daily site progress; maintaining a safe, compliant, and productive work environment; conducting toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety inspections; liaising with Project Managers and clients to ensure smooth project delivery; ensuring quality control and compliance with plans, specifications, and standards; and assisting with short-term programming and resource planning.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise site activities, subcontractors, and trades.
  • Monitor project timelines, schedules, and daily site progress.
  • Maintain a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety inspections.
  • Liaise with Project Managers and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Site Supervisor on new build and refurbishment projects is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety systems, and compliance is required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Able to build strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects to time, quality, and safety standards.
