Site Operations Manager

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily site operations across various new build projects and refurbishment works. This includes ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and supervise site activities, subcontractors, and trades.
- Monitor project timelines, schedules, and daily site progress.
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.
- Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety inspections.
- Liaise with Project Managers, clients, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with plans, specifications, and standards.
- Assist with short-term programming and resource planning.
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor on new build and refurbishment projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety systems, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering projects to time, quality, and safety standards.
